Advertising privacy and cookies
Updated September 11, 2026. This notice supplements our Privacy Policy.
If you allow advertising cookies, Workrail uses Meta Pixel on its landing page and signup confirmation page to measure visits and completed registrations and improve advertising delivery. Meta receives your IP address, browser information, page information and advertising cookie identifiers, which it may associate with your Facebook or Instagram account.
We do not send your work entries, repository content, review drafts, email address or name as event properties. The Pixel is not loaded on private workspace screens. Automatic event collection and advanced matching are disabled.
Declining does not prevent you from using Workrail. Your choice is remembered for six months. Meta’s first-party advertising cookies may remain for up to 90 days. Withdrawing consent stops future Pixel tracking and removes its first-party cookies from Workrail; it does not undo data already received by Meta.
Meta may process this data internationally under its Privacy Policy. For privacy requests, contact [email protected].
