Workrail Terms and Conditions

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for professional software engineers and other technical users.

You must be at least 18 years old to create and use an account.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

You may request account closure at any time. Self-serve account tools may be introduced or expanded over time.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or help others do so.

• Do not violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the reliability, performance, or security of the Service.
• Do not use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or abusive content.

5. Subscriptions, Trial, Billing, and Refunds

Workrail currently offers a 7-day trial. Pricing and plan details may be updated from time to time and are shown in the product.

After your trial ends, an active paid subscription may be required for write operations and certain product features.

If you cancel, your access remains available through the end of the current paid period. We do not provide additional free access after cancellation.

Refund requests are handled case-by-case. To request a refund review, contact [email protected].

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your data solely to operate and improve the Service.

Workrail is designed around metadata processing for repository sync workflows and does not ingest source code content as part of standard sync behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by AVIATOLABS FZ-LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.

8. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVIATOLABS FZ-LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the Effective date and Last updated date and may provide additional notice for material changes.
